Our Story
The idea was born somewhere between 2018 and 2020, while I was still working as a technical consultant implementing facility management software.
During those COVID years, the office rental, hospitality, and restaurant industries were in survival mode.
In that period, I saw and realized that sometimes, even when a solution to an existing business problem exists, it is often either too complex to implement or economically unviable (and sometimes both).
In the evenings after work, like most people share with their loved ones how their day went and what frustrated or delighted them, I too shared my observations and thoughts with my better half (Maria Katsarova).
She was the first to support my idea to develop a product that would be easy to use, affordably priced, and solve real problems.
So over the following weeks — evenings or weekends, during the day and often late at night — we started working on the first product — an issue reporting system.
I wrote code and provided know-how, she shaped the design, and together we discussed features.
This is the moment to mention perhaps the most important member of our small team, namely Lady.
Lady is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who had just been born — it can literally be said that her entire life has been spent on this project.
She officially holds the position of Chief Anti-Stress Expert on our team.
She has probably spent thousands of evenings in my lap while I wrote code and ran tests.
Gradually, from that one idea for an issue reporting system, a second idea was born, then a third — weeks turned into months, months turned into years.
Throughout all that time, we stopped many times, then started again.
There were always friends, acquaintances, and colleagues who offered advice.
In 2026, all those evenings and teamwork turned into what you see today.
